Audio and Video Recordings

When You use Our Service for training activities such as AI roleplay sessions, We collect:

• Audio recordings of Your voice during roleplay conversations
• Video recordings (if enabled) during roleplay sessions
• Uploaded audio or video files of sales calls or other recordings You submit for analysis
• Transcripts generated from audio and video content

These recordings are essential for providing Our core training and analysis services.

Performance and Analytics Data

We collect data related to Your performance on the Service, including:

• Scores and evaluations from training activities
• Speech metrics (words per minute, filler word usage, talk-to-listen ratio)
• Completion rates and progress through training content
• Time spent on various activities
• Feedback and ratings You provide

Biometric and Emotional Data

With Your consent and as part of Our AI-powered coaching features, We may collect and process:

• Facial expression analysis during video-enabled sessions
• Voice sentiment and emotional tone analysis
• Emotional pattern recognition from speech
• Normalized emotion scores derived from audio and video analysis

This data is processed by Our third-party AI partners (including Hume AI) to provide coaching insights and feedback. You may disable emotional analysis features in Your account settings where available.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

• For AI-powered training and coaching: To power conversational AI agents during roleplay sessions, transcribe and analyze recordings, evaluate performance against scorecards, generate coaching insights and feedback, and analyze emotional patterns and sentiment.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.
• To create aggregated insights: We may use Your data in anonymized or aggregated form to create benchmarks, industry insights, and improve Our AI models. Aggregated data does not identify You personally.
